The ESRA Annual General
Meeting, which was to be held at 7pm on September 28th at the Legacy Park clubhouse, has been postponed twice due to the upgrades of the Winnipeg Metropolitan region, including Selkirk, to the Orange and then Red levels.
The meeting will now take place on Dec. 7th, and will be entirely virtual. Community members wishing to attend can send an email to the board with their contact information to receive the Zoom meeting invite. The contact form on the homepage can be used for this purpose.
Among the items on the agenda are changes to the ESRA constitution. As per current bylaws, changes can only be made at the AGM, and need to be announced on the website at least 21 days before the AGM.
